The PCX4 are black phenolic material mallets for bells/glockenspiel and xylophone. They produce light, brassy sounds on the bells and could be used sparingly on xylophone. Great care is taken in the manufacturing process, even down to the aesthetics of the recessed logo. The shaft is has two zones, with the grip zone left natural and unlacquered to ensure the player is always in control - resulting in less slippage in the hands - which also means less blisters.
