Encore's Payson line of concert bass drum mallets live up to the standards of their creator - Al Payson. Mr. Payson is a former member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and an inductee into the PAS Hall of Fame. The mallets feature all maple shafts and a synthetic mouton fur material covering the heads.
